Role Description The Warehouse Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, processing inbound and outbound orders, and organizing inventory in accordance with company standards. The Warehouse Coordinator monitors stock levels, maintains accurate records, and ensures products are stored, labeled, and handled safely and efficiently. The role involves coordinating with store teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to support timely deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain smooth workflows. The Warehouse Coordinator also supports continuous improvement in warehouse processes, helps keep the facility clean and orderly, and follows all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage inbound and outbound goods, verify documentation, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain accurate stock records, perform regular counts, and prevent losses or discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, and to document issues clearly.
- Candidates should possess Material Handling skills to safely move, store, and organize products using appropriate tools and following safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail and basic data entry skills for working with inventory systems or spreadsheets.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, stand for extended periods, and perform moderate physical tasks.
- Prior experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency in relevant software systems or warehouse management tools is a plus.
