Marketing Director
Amman, Jordan | Full-time | In person
Experience: 5-7 years.
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth. You’ll turn customer insights into distinctive campaigns, content, launches, and activations that build engagement, drive demand, and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and strengthen the positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, occasions, motivations, and barriers.
• Lead social media strategy, organic content direction, and recurring content formats.
• Own seasonal campaigns, product launches, events, collaborations, and brand activations.
• Develop campaign and content concepts that build awareness, engagement, visits, trial, and repeat purchase.
• Lead paid media strategy and budget allocation across digital, outdoor, influencers, and other relevant channels.
• Use research, testing, and performance data to continuously improve marketing decisions.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, setting clear priorities and ensuring strong execution.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, founder, operations, and product teams to translate business objectives into effective marketing.
What We’re Looking For
•5-7 years of relevant experience in consumer brand marketing, with ownership of strategy, execution, and results.
• Experience leading or managing marketing teams.
• Demonstrated success across organic social, integrated campaigns, and paid media.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer insight, and content strategy.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
• Creative thinking combined with strong commercial judgment.
• Ability to move quickly from insight to execution, testing, and improvement.
•Food & beverage experience is a strong advantage.
