مخلص جمركي لديه خبرة في إجراءات التخليص الجمركي لقطاع التجزئة (Retail)، ويتولى متابعة معاملات التخليص والتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، وضمان إنجاز العمليات بكفاءة ووفقًا للأنظمة والتعليمات المعمول بها.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- متابعة إجراءات التخليص الجمركي للشحنات الواردة والصادرة.
- مراجعة الفواتير والمستندات التجارية والتأكد من دقتها واكتمالها.
- تدقيق بيانات الشحنات ومطابقتها مع الوثائق الجمركية.
- التنسيق مع وكلاء الشحن والمخلصين والجهات الجمركية لضمان سرعة إنجاز المعاملات.
- متابعة تصنيف البنود الجمركية (HS Codes) والتأكد من دقتها واحتساب الرسوم الجمركية وفقًا للتشريعات المعمول بها.
- متابعة عمليات إدخال وإخراج البضائع من وإلى المستودعات الجمركية (Bonded Warehouses).
- معالجة أي ملاحظات أو متطلبات صادرة عن الجهات الجمركية حتى إتمام عملية التخليص.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان جاهزية الوثائق واستمرارية حركة البضائع.
- إعداد ومتابعة التقارير المتعلقة بعمليات التخليص والشحن.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في اللوجستيات، إدارة سلاسل التوريد، إدارة الأعمال، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة والتعليمات الجمركية وإجراءات الاستيراد.
- إجادةاستخدام Microsoft Office.
- مهارات تنظيم وتنسيق ومتابعة قوية.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال التخليص الجمركي.
- تُعد الخبرة في تخليص شحنات التجزئة (Retail) أو الإلكترونيات الاستهلاكية أوالأجهزة المنزلية ميزة إضافية
We are looking for a
Customs Clearance Officer with experience in customs clearance procedures within the retail sector. The role involves following up on clearance transactions, coordinating with relevant
- parties, and ensuring efficient and compliant customs clearance operations
:Key Responsibilities
Follow up on customsclearance procedures for inbound and outbound shipments .
Review invoices and commercial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness .
Verify shipment details against customs documentation .
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customs authorities to ensure timely .

Follow up on customs tariff classification (HS Codes), verify accuracy, and ensure correct customs duty .
calculations in accordance with applicable regulations
Follow up on the movement of goods into and out of bonded warehouses .
Address customs remarks and requirements until clearance is completed .
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure document readiness and smooth goods movement .
Prepare and monitor customs clearance and shipping reports .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Mnagement, Business adminstration .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
Strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills .
5-1years of experience in customs clearance .
Experience in retail consumer electronics or home appliances shipments is an added advantage .
