Production Engineer – Mafraq Factory
Petra Engineering Industries Co.; a market leader in the design and manufacture of high quality commercial and industrial HVAC equipment; seeks to hire Production Engineer – Mafraq Factory with the following:
Main Duties:
Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production activities.
Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and others departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor equipment performance and support preventive maintenance activities.
Prepare production reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and other process improvement tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical/Industrial Engineering.
10 Years minimum of related Experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
