We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Senior Officer to join our team.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock accuracy.
- Utilize the WMS (Warehouse Management System) to monitor and manage warehouse activities.
- Track warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
- Support inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes, space utilization, and productivity.
- Supervise and support warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with WMS.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
