About Aumet & The Role
Aumet is building the digital backbone of the pharmaceutical supply chain across MENA. Our B2B marketplace connects pharmacies, wholesalers, and suppliers, and our Pharmacy Management System (PMS) helps pharmacies run daily operations, from inventory to point-of-sale.
We're hiring a
Senior ERP Integrations Engineer to build the intelligent layer connecting Aumet to the ERP systems our partners run: Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you'll design one consistent integration architecture instead of a pile of one-off connectors, and own how orders, inventory, and invoices move between Aumet and the outside world.
What You'll Do
- Build integration pipelines connecting Aumet to partner ERP systems: Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle.
- Design a mapping layer that normalizes data across systems into one internal model, not a separate integration per system.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and queue-based sync.
- Own error handling: monitor for failures, build in retries and idempotency from the start.
- Scope and onboard new integrations directly with product and business teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on integration work across at least two of: Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL pipelines, and message-based integrations.
- Comfortable mapping data between systems with genuinely different data models.
- Solid SQL, plus Python, PHP, or Java.
- Defensive engineering instinct: idempotency, retries, and monitoring are second nature.
- Based in, or able to work core hours aligned with, Jordan or Egypt.
Nice to Have
- Experience building a generalized integration layer, not just point-to-point connectors.
- AI-assisted data mapping or schema normalization experience.
- iPaaS/middleware experience (MuleSoft, Boomi, BizTalk, or similar).
- Healthcare, pharma, or B2B marketplace experience.
