Digital Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our Marketing & Creative Department. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is interested in marketing, branding, account management, and project coordination, and who enjoys working across multiple companies, brands, and projects.
The Junior Account Manager will support the Marketing & Creative team in coordinating projects, following up on deliverables, communicating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that marketing activities are executed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing and branding activities across multiple companies and brands within the Group.
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, agencies, suppliers, and other external partners when required.
- Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and social media coordination.
- Support the preparation and organization of marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and campaign documents.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure relevant team members are informed of project requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, status updates, and project documentation.
- Maintain project trackers, calendars, task lists, and marketing schedules.
- Follow up with relevant departments to collect information, approvals, and materials required for marketing projects.
- Assist in ensuring that marketing materials are delivered according to approved brand guidelines and requirements.
- Support the organization and maintenance of brand assets, marketing files, and company documents.
- Assist with events, campaigns, launches, and other marketing initiatives when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and workflow within marketing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, account management, administration, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Good understanding of basic marketing and branding concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
