We are looking for a highly experienced *Senior Spring Boot Engineer* with strong hands-on expertise in backend development, enterprise integrations, troubleshooting, and especially *deployment in complex on-premise environments*.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using *Java and Spring Boot*.
- Design and build REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Work with Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, databases, messaging, and third-party APIs.
- Integrate with systems such as *SSO, LDAP/Active Directory, Keycloak, OAuth2, JWT, Kafka, and external APIs*.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and performance issues.
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
- Deploy and support applications across development, staging, and production environments.
- Handle *complex on-premise deployments*, including Linux servers, Docker, NGINX, SSL certificates, proxies, load balancers, firewalls, ports, and restricted network environments.
- Work closely with infrastructure, network, database, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
- Perform production troubleshooting, log analysis, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Java development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of *Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem*.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong Linux and deployment troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of networking, SSL/TLS, DNS, proxies, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Experience deploying applications in *enterprise on-premise environments is essential*.
- Ability to independently manage the full lifecycle from *coding and integration through deployment and production support*.
