We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer who is technically strong, curious, and genuinely passionate about technology.

Someone who doesn’t just write code, but enjoys understanding how systems work under the hood, solving difficult problems, and continuously exploring better ways to build.

🎯 What You'll Own:

Design and build scalable, reliable backend services and APIs.

Build systems supporting real-time rider and captain experiences.

Make strong technical and architectural decisions.

Optimize application and database performance.

Work with databases, caching, queues, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Participate in code reviews and help raise engineering standards.

Work closely with Product, Mobile, QA, Data, and DevOps.

Own what you build from design to production.

✨ What We're Looking For:

5+ years of Backend Development experience.

Strong experience building production APIs and backend services.

Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, indexing, and optimization.

Experience with system design and scalable architectures.

Experience with caching, queues, and asynchronous processing.

Strong understanding of software design principles and clean code.

Experience debugging complex production issues.

Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred

Experience with high-traffic or real-time systems.

Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, marketplaces, fintech, logistics, or delivery.

Experience with microservices and distributed systems.

Experience with technologies such as Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, and CI/CD.
