E&E Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Junior Accountant based in Jordan to support and manage the day-to-day accounting activities of our UAE operation.

This is a remote-facing role from Jordan, working closely with the E&E UAE team and management.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and recording sales invoices

• Processing sales returns and credit notes

• Recording and following up on customer payments and receivables

• Preparing and processing monthly payroll and salaries for the UAE team

• Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting account reconciliations

• Organizing financial documents and supporting monthly closing activities

• Coordinating with the UAE commercial team regarding invoices, collections and account-related matters

• Supporting management with basic financial and accounting reports

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• 0–2 years of accounting experience

• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting principles

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good English communication skills

• Organized, reliable and comfortable working remotely with a team based in another country

• Experience with accounting software is an advantage

• Exposure to UAE accounting, VAT or payroll is a plus, but not mandatory
