We are looking for an experienced Outbound Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate outbound logistics operations across our e-commerce and wholesale business channels. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective order fulfillment and delivery while maintaining high service levels for both individual customers and B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end outbound logistics process for e-commerce and wholesale orders.
- Coordinate daily order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with courier companies, transportation providers, and other logistics partners.
- Monitor e-commerce deliveries, including last-mile delivery performance, failed deliveries, returns, and customer-related delivery issues.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation expenses.
- Ensure proper shipping documentation and compliance with internal procedures and applicable logistics requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on outbound logistics performance.
- Monitor key logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, fulfillment lead time, delivery success rate, and logistics cost per order.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to fulfillment, transportation, and distribution processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field
- Experience handling logistics operations for e-commerce and/or wholesale businesses is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with courier companies and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and logistics/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Strong command of English and Arabic.
