At MADA marketing agency, we are building our in-house marketing team and are looking for a talented 360° Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing efforts across digital channels.
This role is more than social media management. We are looking for a marketing professional who can plan, execute, coordinate, and optimize marketing activities while supporting sales growth and strengthening our brand in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and content calendar.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer, Videographer, and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing content.
- Plan and oversee campaign launches across digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and follow-up.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
- To be free to join us immediately.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of the Iraqi market and customer behavior.
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics is a plus.
