Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building customer satisfaction throughout exceptional customer service skills, growing revenue through digital media, designin, executing and moderation marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals
- Generate sales leads.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Moderate user-generated content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Experience with SEM & SEO
- Experience with with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Graphic Design Experience (Photoshop & Premiere) is a plus
