Role Description The Logistics Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahab, responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily logistics and warehouse activities. This role includes managing inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of materials. The Logistics Officer will collaborate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize storage, transport routes, and scheduling. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards, supporting supply chain planning, resolving logistics issues, and preparing regular reports on inventory and logistics performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations to ensure accurate stock management and efficient material handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, shipments, and distribution activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Supply Chain Management to support planning, procurement, and overall flow of materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Administration to manage documentation, records, and communication related to logistics processes.
- Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environments is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Sahab, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to operational demands.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP software, and MS Office is an advantage.
