Company Description Mass Group Holding Ltd. (MGH) is a diversified industrial group operating across power generation, cement production, and steel and iron manufacturing. The company’s Build, Own, and Operate power stations have a total production capacity of 7,500 MW, primarily serving the Kurdistan Region and Baghdad, with planned expansion in Duhok. MGH’s cement operations deliver approximately 8 million tons of annual production, supporting major infrastructure and construction projects. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investment & Financial Consultant role based in Amman. The consultant will analyze the company’s existing and planned investments across power, cement, and steel and iron, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize returns and manage risk. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial models, conducting market and sector analysis, and evaluating investment opportunities aligned with MGH’s strategic objectives. The role also involves developing comprehensive financial and retirement planning strategies, advising internal stakeholders on capital allocation, and preparing clear reports and presentations for management. The consultant will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and executive teams to support informed decision-making and long-term financial sustainability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Investments skills, including experience with financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio or project evaluation.
- Candidates should possess solid Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills, with the ability to design comprehensive strategies for long-term financial security.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, assess risk, and provide actionable insights.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are an advantage.
- Experience in industrial sectors (energy, cement, steel, or heavy industry) and familiarity with large-scale capital projects is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools; ability to work on-site in Amman and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
