About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2+ years of experience to join our growing Accounts Payable team.
This position supports our U.S. operations and is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to communicate confidently in English.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform credit card and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare payment schedules.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare reports and financial analyses using Microsoft Excel.
- Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure transaction accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
English Requirement (Mandatory)
This position works closely with our U.S. operations.
Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
