As part of our continuous growth and commitment to financial excellence, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Supervisor to join our Finance team and support the efficient management of the company's treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and monitor all daily bank transactions, including cash deposits, cheques, loan installments, transfers, and other banking activities.
- Prepare and process Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees.
- Manage cheque discounting transactions and accurately record related interest expenses and bank charges.
- Monitor daily bank balances and ensure sufficient liquidity to support business operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury and cash position reports.
- Coordinate with banks regarding treasury transactions, banking facilities, and financial documentation.
- Support cash flow planning and maintain accurate treasury records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal control procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for all treasury transactions and banking activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within treasury operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and treasury practices.
- Experience in Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, and banking facilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
