Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Sales Operation Specialist. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, and oversee the training process.
The ideal candidate will support the U.S. Sales Team and development of sales strategies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and business performance.
Assist in the training and development of both new and existing sales staff. The role also involves coordinating sales promotions to ensure smooth and effective execution.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
