Role Description The alliance clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. This role supports partnership and alliance activities by maintaining records, preparing documentation, and coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and updating partner databases, assisting with contracts and agreements, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and presentations related to alliances. The alliance clerk will help ensure that partner requests and inquiries are processed promptly, follow up on action items, and support the alliance team in tracking performance metrics. This position involves close collaboration with business development, operations, and finance teams to facilitate smooth and efficient partner relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including accurate data entry, documentation management, and record keeping.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software) and basic familiarity with CRM or database systems.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails, prepare concise reports, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes while meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of technology services or willingness to learn about managed services, cloud hosting, and related offerings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Relevant post-secondary education in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in clerical, coordination, or support roles in a corporate or technology setting is an advantage.
