Role Description The Back End Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining server-side applications and APIs that support CTI Distribution’s internal systems and external platforms. The Back End Developer will work closely with front-end developers, product owners, and operations teams to implement scalable solutions, integrate with third-party services, and optimize database and application performance. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, troubleshooting and debugging production issues, implementing security best practices, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves contributing to technical documentation, improving development workflows, and supporting continuous integration and deployment processes.

What You'll Do

✅ Develop and maintain scalable Laravel-based web applications

✅ Build and optimize REST APIs and backend services

✅ Implement real-time features using WebSockets, broadcasting, and live notifications

✅ Design and optimize database structures, queries, and application performance

✅ Work with queues, background jobs, Redis, and asynchronous processing

✅ Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, Livewire, and Filament

✅ Deploy and maintain production environments using Docker

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

🛠️ Required Skills

✔️ 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience

✔️ Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, and MySQL
