Position Overview
Several Brands LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is designed for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Marketing or one of our Senior Marketing Managers and will work closely with the Content Team, Sales Team, and IT Team to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that support business growth and achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across major social media platforms.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Support campaign setup, daily monitoring, optimization, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and marketing performance.
- Conduct keyword research and support search marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, organize campaign data, reports, and tracking sheets.
- Write compelling and high-converting online advertisements and marketing copy.
- Collaborate closely with the Content, Sales, and IT teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and recommend optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across major social media platforms.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Search Marketing strategies.
- Experience creating and managing digital advertising campaigns targeting specific audiences and achieving performance goals.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience creating online advertisements and marketing content.
- Experience organizing campaign reports, tracking sheets, and marketing performance data.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with the U.S. market.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a plus.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
