The Barista / Cashier is the front-facing role of the brand, responsible for delivering a smooth ordering experience, preparing drinks, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects BARE’s standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Experience & Service
- Greet customers, take orders, and guide them through the menu
- Deliver a friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service experience
- Handle customer questions and basic issue resolution
Cashier Responsibilities
- Accurately process orders through POS
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare coffee, matcha, and cold beverages according to standards
- Follow exact measurements and presentation guidelines
Front-of-House Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service area
- Restock supplies and coordinate with kitchen team
