Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive sustainable revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, this role will oversee sales leadership, develop high-performing teams, optimize sales strategies, and ensure operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales executive with a strong background in online sales, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to analyze performance, improve conversion rates, and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leaders and Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve overall sales performance.
- Monitor key sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability across the sales organization.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to execute company sales objectives and long-term growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement action plans to improve results.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and executive presentations.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to improve lead quality and sales efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing managers or team leaders.
- Proven success leading high-performing online or digital sales teams.
- Experience managing sales operations in a performance-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent English language abilities, both verbal and written.
- Extensive experience in online sales and digital customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
