We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Rental Agent to join our growing car rental team. If you have a passion for sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experiences, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with vehicle rentals, reservations, and inquiries.
* Clearly explain rental terms, pricing, and insurance options.
* Upsell services and maximize sales opportunities.
* Deliver outstanding customer service with a hospitality mindset.
* Handle rental contracts, payments, and vehicle handovers professionally.
* Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in car rental, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
* Valid Jordanian driving license.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts at Queen Alia International Airport.
* Good command of English (spoken & written).
* Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
