The Role
We’re looking for a Retail Salesperson to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll assist customers in choosing the perfect flowers, balloons, and gifts, create beautiful arrangements, and ensure a welcoming and organized shop environment. You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative setting where every day is about making someone’s occasion unforgettable.
Shop Details
Location: City Mall, Amman
Working Hours: There are 2 shifts: 10 AM – 7 PM & 1 PM - 10 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with personalized gift ideas
- Prepare flower arrangements, balloon decorations, and gift packaging
- Maintain flower freshness and product displays
- Manage shop inventory and cleanliness
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- knowledge of flowers, balloons, or gift arrangements is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts (morning/night)
