📝 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant with strong expertise in
Human Resources and Payroll modules to join our team. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation projects, gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, supporting customers, and delivering high-quality HR & Payroll solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O HR and Payroll modules including analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional solutions and system configurations.
- Configure and manage HR functionalities including:
- Personnel Management
- Compensation & Benefits
- Leave and Absence Management
- Performance Management
- Organizational Structures & Position Management
- Configure Payroll functionalities including:
- Earnings & Deduction Codes
- Payroll Cycles
- Tax Configuration
- Pay Statements
- Payroll Integration with Finance/GL
- Conduct workshops with customers to understand business processes and identify solution gaps.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Support UAT, training sessions, user adoption, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and payroll-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and statutory requirements based on supported regions.
- Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing and best practices development.
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and proposal preparation when needed
✅ Requirements
- 6+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012).
- Strong hands-on experience in HR and Payroll modules.
- Proven experience leading 3–5 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of:
- HR Management Processes
- Payroll Processing & Configuration
- Compensation & Benefits Management
- Leave & Attendance Processes
- Performance Management
- Payroll Compliance & Statutory Reporting
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience with Data Migration Framework (DMF), OData, Dual-write, and integrations.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-310 are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or related field.

- Experience in multi-country payroll implementations.
- Knowledge of localization requirements for regional payroll regulations.
- Previous consulting or system integrator experience.
- Project Management or Agile certification is a plus.
