Purpose of the Role
The Community & Growth Specialist is responsible for supporting the Company's growth by building and engaging strong online and offline communities, coordinating digital marketing activities, managing relationships with external marketing agencies, and ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns and events. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, user acquisition, community engagement, and supporting the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and grow the Company's online communities across platforms such as Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, X (Twitter), and other relevant community channels, fostering engagement, collecting user feedback, and encouraging user-generated content and advocacy.
• Develop and execute community engagement initiatives including ambassador programs, referral campaigns, online discussions, webinars, newsletters, beta testing groups, and user feedback programs.
• Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, workshops, campus activations, and networking events.
• Monitor community feedback across digital channels and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Track marketing and community performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on community growth, campaign performance, ambassador activities, and event outcomes.
• Coordinate and supervise the Company's participation in exhibitions, conferences, university events, and public activities.
• Recommend event coverage plans, including photography, videography, interviews, social media coverage, and post-event content.
• Coordinate with the external marketing agency and monitor the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Review campaign performance and ensure alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor digital marketing KPIs and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Support the planning and execution of email marketing, newsletters, social media campaigns, and community communications.
• Perform any other marketing, community, or growth-related responsibilities assigned by the Head of Marketing or the Company.
Key Skills and Competencies
• Strong knowledge of community building strategies, both online and offline.
• Experience in managing ambassador and advocacy programs.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience coordinating and evaluating the performance of external marketing agencies.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
• Strong event planning and on-site coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Community Building, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing online and offline communities.
• Experience building and managing ambassador, campus, or community engagement programs.
• Experience coordinating with external marketing agencies and monitoring campaign execution.
• Experience organizing events, exhibitions, workshops, and community activations.
• Experience in digital marketing campaign management and performance monitoring.
• Experience working with AI, technology, SaaS, or digital products is considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
