Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the bakery and coffee roastery, drive foot traffic, and enhance brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing campaigns, managing social media and digital presence, coordinating in-store promotions, and creating content that reflects the brand’s identity. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends and customer behavior, monitor campaign performance, and prepare regular reports to guide decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with operations and sales teams, managing relationships with external vendors, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy development and campaign management, preferably in food & beverage or hospitality.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and basic analytics.
- Ability to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfort with using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing, basic design tools).
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with customers and partners.
- Interest in specialty coffee and bakery products, with willingness to learn about the brand and products in detail.
