E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Website & E-Commerce Management
- Manage and update content across Rivage websites, including banners, landing pages, promotional pages, product listings, descriptions, prices, and images.
- Coordinate the launch of promotions, campaigns, and new product releases across websites.
- Ensure product information is accurate, updated, and consistent across all digital platforms.
- Monitor website functionality, customer experience, usability, and content accuracy.
- Coordinate website updates with designers, developers, and internal teams.
- Support website merchandising, promotional activities, and performance improvement.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Manage customer segments, mailing lists, and CRM data accuracy.
- Support customer retention, loyalty initiatives, automated customer journeys, and promotional communications.
- Monitor email campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure all customer communications are aligned with Rivage brand guidelines.
Social Media Coordination
- Manage and maintain social media content calendars.
- Coordinate content production with designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, agencies, and internal teams.
- Schedule and publish content according to approved plans.
- Monitor engagement, community interactions, trends, and seasonal content opportunities.
- Track and report social media performance metrics.
- Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all social media platforms.
Content Management
- Support content development for websites, newsletters, product pages, blogs, campaigns, and social media channels.
- Coordinate content requirements with internal teams and external partners.
- Review content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Rivage brand identity.
- Support campaign messaging, promotional materials, and digital content organization.
- Maintain and organize digital assets for marketing use.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
- Identify, research, and maintain a database of influencers, content creators, affiliates, and potential brand partners.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
- Manage influencer gifting, product seeding, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Communicate with influencers, agencies, and talent managers regarding collaborations.
- Track influencer costs, performance, deliverables, and campaign outcomes.
- Support affiliate marketing and partnership initiatives.
Marketplace Management
- Support marketplace channels such as Amazon, Noon, and other third-party platforms.
- Create and maintain product listings, images, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate marketplace promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor marketplace sales performance, product rankings, customer ratings, and reviews.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, operations, and marketplace account managers when required.
- Prepare marketplace performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Execution & Reporting
- Support digital marketing campaigns across websites, email, social media, influencers, and marketplaces.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, approvals, deliverables, and quality checks.
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Track website traffic, e-commerce sales, email results, social media performance, influencer activity, and marketplace performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and marketing trackers.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, customer experience, and digital performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with design, customer service, sales, operations, logistics, e-commerce, agencies, freelancers, influencers, and external partners.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities, campaign planning, special projects, and performance follow-up.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, campaign documentation, and digital task follow-ups.
- Ensure projects and campaigns are completed within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a similar role.
- Experience managing website content and digital marketing activities.
- Familiarity with email marketing, CRM tools, CMS platforms, and social media management tools.
- Experience with marketplace platforms such as Amazon and Noon is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
