We are looking for a B2B SaaS Marketing Manager to join our growing software company and lead marketing efforts across the region.
This role is for someone who has already helped a B2B software, SaaS, or technology company generate qualified leads, sales pipeline, and revenue — not only manage social media or brand awareness campaigns.
The ideal candidate understands B2B buyers, enterprise sales cycles, demand generation, lead nurturing, and how marketing directly supports sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on brand awareness, qualified lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email, and other relevant B2B channels.
Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, retargeting, lead generation forms, budget optimization, and performance reporting.
Build campaigns targeting business decision-makers, enterprise clients, and industry-specific buyer personas.
Own lead generation campaigns from strategy to execution, including landing pages, forms, targeting, retargeting, nurturing, and reporting.
Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline generation, account-based marketing, campaign follow-up, product positioning, and sales enablement.
Create and oversee content marketing plans, including case studies, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, presentations, comparison pages, webinars, and sales enablement material.
Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
Continuously improve marketing performance based on data, sales feedback, and business outcomes.
Manage the company’s brand presence across online and offline channels, including events, webinars, partnerships, and industry activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, designers, and partners when needed.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2–3 years in B2B SaaS, software, technology, or enterprise solutions.
Proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads, sales pipeline, or revenue.
Experience owning demand generation campaigns with measurable results such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, CAC, conversion rates, or closed-won revenue contribution.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, demand generation, lead nurturing, customer acquisition, and sales cycles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, CRM tools, SEO, analytics, and landing page optimization.
Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding how marketing supports revenue targets.
Ability to translate technical product features into clear business value for business decision-makers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, report, and improve marketing ROI.
Creative, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing SaaS products in the GCC or MENA region.
Experience with account-based marketing.
Experience creating case studies, sales decks, and industry-specific campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM, sales automation, customer support, field force automation, or business software solutions.
