Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and fast-paced Customer Service (Counselling) Officer to join our Amman team. This role focuses on providing personalized guidance and timely support to students exploring study-abroad opportunities. The position starts remotely but will transition to on-site once our Amman back office is established.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and accurately to student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Guide applicants through admission requirements and documentation.
- Support the on-ground Saudi counsellor by handling new and ongoing student inquiries.
- Maintain organized and updated student records in our CRM.
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to ensure a smooth applicant journey.
- Participate in online information sessions and virtual counselling events.
- Identify recurring student concerns and suggest improvements to processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in customer service or student counselling (education sector preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Arabic and English.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills with high responsiveness.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.
Working Hours (6 Day Weeks):
Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM – 7 PM (1-hour break)
Saturday, 12 PM – 6 PM (1-hour break)
Work Arrangement:
- Remote at first, then transition to on-site work once our Amman office is operational.
