Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle E-Business Suite HCM Consultant at Bayanat.com. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, system setup, and testing. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with business stakeholders to translate HR and payroll needs into system functionality, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams for integrations and data conversion activities. The role involves analyzing existing HR processes, recommending improvements, resolving production issues, and providing user training and documentation. The consultant will also participate in project planning, status reporting, and post-go-live support to ensure stable and optimized HCM operations.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and related Oracle Applications, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay and Order Management processes, with the ability to understand cross-functional impacts on HCM and enterprise operations.
- Consulting skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, solution presentation, and preparation of functional documentation.
- Data Conversion experience, including mapping, validation, migration support, and coordination with technical teams for HCM-related data loads.
- Proficiency in analyzing HR and payroll business processes and translating them into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field; Oracle certifications in E-Business Suite or HCM are an advantage.
- Prior experience in digital transformation or financial services environments is a plus.
