Al Bustanji Motors is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the Lynk & Co team.
The role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, presenting vehicles, converting leads into showroom visits and test drives, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome showroom customers and provide a professional brand experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Lynk & Co models.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options clearly.
- Arrange and support test drives for interested customers.
- Follow up with customers to answer questions, handle objections, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/system data.
- Coordinate with finance, registration, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales and handover process.
- Stay updated on Lynk & Co models, offers, stock availability, and market trends.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive showroom experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work with targets and handle sales pressure
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Good knowledge of CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus
- Professional attitude and strong ownership mindset
