Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing technology company. The successful candidate will support the company's HR operations, talent management initiatives, and employee experience, and contribute to a high-performance, innovative work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the technology, digital, or fast-paced corporate sector.

• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, labor laws, and HR best practices.

• Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Familiarity with HRMS platforms and HR reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR support and employee engagement.

• Professional HR certifications (CHRM, CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent) are considered an advantage.
