We are looking for a highly motivated Spare Parts Manager to lead our spare parts operations and ensure efficient inventory management, strong sales performance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the spare parts team.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement, and stock control.
- Set pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, turnover, and reduce obsolete stock.
- Coordinate with service and sales departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and customs requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
Requirements:
- 7 Years minimum Experience in spare parts / automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and inventory management skills.
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement and pricing strategies.
