Role Description As a Store Manager at CheckPoint Store, you will oversee the daily operations of the retail location in Amman in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will lead and coach the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, high customer satisfaction, and a welcoming environment aligned with the brand’s values. Daily responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, organizing product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards. You will track sales performance, implement promotional activities, and support initiatives to grow revenue and brand awareness. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and escalations, enforcing retail loss prevention procedures, and ensuring compliance with store policies and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proven Store Management experience, including team leadership, scheduling, and daily operations oversight.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring procedures and enforcing store policies.
- Experience in retail or hospitality; familiarity with specialty or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Ability to analyze basic sales reports, manage inventory, and use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred, with cultural awareness and respect for diverse customers and team members.
