Job Description:-
1- Ongoing maintenance and Support for the ATM Switch and Card Management Systems.
2- Participate in related projects and going through the SDLC phases to create and implement new ATM and Card services.
3- Working closely with the Business and Operations departments for requirements gathering, gap analysis, and BRD reviews.
6- Working closely with ATM Switch and CMS vendors to deploy, implement, and test new services.
4- Performing SIT and ensuring received deliveries from vendors.
5- Supporting QC and QA teams to perform test plans, and simulate test cases.
8- Testing the Integration of ATM Switch and CMS interfaces and APIs with internal and external parties including local and International schemes.
7- Monitor payment systems and participate in release management activities.
9- Troubleshoot and investigate production issues with internal teams and follow up with vendors for closure .
10- Technical Support for ATM Machines and surrounding systems, Aptra Vision, Proview .
11- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for other colleagues and departments.
12- Participate in documentation activities, training, and handover for operations departments
Requirements
1- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, CIS, or any related field.
2- Fresh graduates or one year of experience in the IT field .
2- Good Knowledge in Oracle SQL, PL\SQL and Database design .
3- Very good Programming skills, and Programming languages like: C, C++, JAVA, JAVA Script, C#, HTML .
4- Good Knowledge in Web services, Web servers, API deployment and testing like: REST, SOAP .
5- Basic Knowledge in OS like Windows, Unix, and Linux .
6- Good communication and analytical skills.
7- Preferred sound knowledge about Fintech, ATM Switch, Routing, Card Management, ATM Machines .
8- Work under pressure .
9- Good command in English.
