Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and governance practices.
• Relevant professional training courses and certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, AML/CFT, or related areas are highly desirable.
• Experience in the financial sector is required, with prior experience in the microfinance sector considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
