The Role
We are looking for a highly data-driven and Marketing Lead to own and execute Staq’s marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who can blend brand, growth and product marketing, while leveraging the latest AI tools to drive efficiency and impact.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused - comfortable building campaigns from scratch, experimenting rapidly and using AI to scale content, performance marketing and analytics. This role is based in Amman, Jordan.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Staq’s end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, growth and product marketing
- Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, social, events) to drive awareness and lead generation
- Leverage AI tools to create, optimise, and scale marketing efforts (content generation, performance optimisation, analytics, etc.)
- Manage and grow Staq’s digital presence, including website, social media and content platforms
- Collaborate closely with sales, product and leadership to align marketing with business objectives
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data and insights
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning for Staq’s BaaS and embedded finance offerings
- Own content creation across formats (blogs, case studies, decks, email campaigns, etc.)
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within tech, fintech or SaaS
- Strong hands-on experience across digital marketing, content, and campaign execution
- Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools (e.g. for content generation, automation, analytics, performance marketing) - non-negotiable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of ownership
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
- Based in Amman, Jordan and willing to work on-site regularly
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, Banking-as-a-Service, or embedded finance
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and CRM platforms
- Experience building or scaling marketing functions in early-stage startups
- Basic design or creative skills (e.g. Figma, Canva)
