About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading organization in the banking and payments solutions space in Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong experience in the financial services and fintech sector, who can drive business growth, build strategic relationships, and manage the full sales cycle with key banking clients across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets within the Saudi market
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management within banks and financial institutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, product, and technical teams) to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and commercial offers
- Lead negotiations and finalize contracts, including long-term service and maintenance agreements
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM systems
- Expand and develop strategic partnerships and distribution channels
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within banking, fintech, or payment solutions
- Proven track record of selling to banks and financial institutions in Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of banking systems and digital/payment solutions
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise deals
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to C-level clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
