About The Role
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
- Analyzing current products and services and recommending initiatives that aim to improve them as well as evaluating and delivering new products and services and supporting the implementation process.
- Analyzing marketing requirements and generating related figures and statistics as well as establishing charging and billing systems’ KPIs to maintain performance of the charging and billing functions.
- Work on charging and billing projects and upgrades in addition to in house projects.
- Analyzing system functions and features and perform needed analysis and studies to enable these features
- Performing root cause analysis for issues on charging and billing systems.
- Managing the preparation of necessary documents for internal and external audits as per the set guidelines and policies as well as providing needed assistance and guidance to the auditors.
What We Need From You
The Suitable Candidate Should Have The Following Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
Technical Skills
- Oracle
- PL-SQL
- DB programming
- Software programming & shell scripting
- Unix & Linux operating systems.
