Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales channels in the assigned territory.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new indirect sales partners, ensuring alignment with Orange's business objectives and sales targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing indirect sales partners, providing ongoing support, training, and motivation to enhance their sales performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of indirect sales partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the telecommunications market, including competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing indirect sales partners.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with indirect sales partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales growth.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports to management and identifying opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions targeted at indirect sales channels.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices and data protection regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, contributing to effective resource planning and inventory management.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by indirect sales partners in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, partner interactions, and performance metrics using CRM or other designated tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Orange, promoting the company's values and reputation in all interactions with partners and customers.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Public Administration.
