Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Develop, maintain, and grow Network Relationships across assigned countries, ensuring high service standards and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of cross‑border Network clients, ensuring proper understanding of their needs and coordinating with Country teams and HO stakeholders to provide suitable banking solutions.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of portfolio performance, client activities, and sector developments to identify opportunities, risks, and required actions.
- Support the preparation of annual business plans and targets related to Network clients, ensuring alignment with Group strategy and Network Unit objectives.
- Coordinate with Country Units to ensure proper execution of ORB‑related relationships, including data gathering, follow‑ups, and timely submissions to HO Credit.
- Assist in resolving operational and transactional issues related to Network clients, escalating cases when needed and ensuring proper follow‑through.
- Support risk management efforts by identifying problematic accounts, implementing required actions, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to protect the bank’s interests.
- Provide relationship‑based insights and market feedback to the Network Unit Head to support strategy formulation, opportunity identification, and decision‑making.
- Contribute to maintaining industry, sector, and geographical knowledge relevant to assigned markets and client portfolios.
- Engage in cross‑selling activities with Product and Country teams to maximize wallet‑share and expand client penetration.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field from a recognized university.
- Master degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 8 to 11 years of years of Banking experience in relationship management, of which 3 years in managerial role.
