Job Purpose:
The jobs in this level are responsible for assisting in the collection and entering of data, acquiring an understanding of the work procedures that are specific in defining what is to be achieved by undertaking specific HR activities under close supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from different platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follows all relevant HR procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in HR to ensure continuity of work.

- Sorts, organizes, and archives various HR documents to ensure simplified tracking and retrieval.
- Provides straightforward HR services to internal customers to ensure employees’ HR needs are met.
- Handles NSSF& Insurance tasks.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
