We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic environment. This role requires a trusted professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings and travel, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and multi-time zone travel logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Track and follow up on strategic initiatives and deadlines
- Support leadership in planning, reviews, and client engagement
- Coordinate team communications and assist with events and operational reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ proven experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
