📍 Location: Amman, Jordan (Hybrid)
📅 Experience Level: 5+ Years
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles
- Track and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs effectively
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations)
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across teams
- Support organizational agility and help scale Agile practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
- Proven ability to coach and mentor multiple teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Agile platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II, CSM Advanced, SAFe)
- Experience in software development or technical project management
- Background in scaling Agile in mid-to-large tech organizations
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and Miro
