Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Credit Controller role located in Amman. The Credit Controller will be responsible for overseeing the credit control process, managing credit limits, monitoring outstanding debts, coordinating debt collection, and liaising with finance teams to ensure alignment with company policies. The role requires day-to-day communication with clients to resolve payment issues and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections and adherence to financial guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Credit Control, Credit Management, and monitoring financial transactions effectively
- Proficiency in Debt Collection and Debtors management, with the ability to negotiate and resolve outstanding accounts
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and the ability to work within financial frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
