Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, high-performance, and interactive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Implement UI/UX designs with precision, ensuring pixel-perfect consistency across devices and browsers.
Build reusable front-end components and libraries to improve scalability and maintainability.
Define, document, and enforce front-end coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and engaging user experiences.
Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and promoting high-quality, maintainable code.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and make recommendations for improvements where needed.
Perform thorough testing, debugging, and profiling to identify and resolve front-end issues.
Utilize modern debugging tools and performance monitoring techniques to enhance web performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and frameworks in front-end development.
Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in technology roadmap planning for client-facing solutions.

Skills And Qualifications

Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with TypeScript and component-driven development methodologies.
Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS libraries.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.
Experience with build tools and task runners such as Webpack or Gulp.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to convert mockups or wireframes into functional web pages.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
Demonstrated ability to resolve cross-browser compatibility and performance challenges.
Experience with RESTful APIs and front-end integration with back-end services.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative workflows.
Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices for front-end development.
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Karma.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in front-end development.
A portfolio demonstrating previous front-end projects, creativity, and design implementation.
