Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Game Developer to join our team and lead the development of innovative gaming experiences using Unity.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality game systems and features in Unity
- Lead technical implementation of gameplay mechanics, UI systems, and game architecture
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to implement game features
- Optimize game performance across target platforms
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews and refactoring sessions
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to technical decision-making and project planning
- Design, iterate, test and manage a system to be developed using AI in remarkable time
- Documenting systems and workflow processes to help others navigate through your APIs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional game development experience
- Easily able to grey-box concept gameplay designs in less than 2 to 3 days
- Expert knowledge of C# programming
- Expert knowledge of game architecture patterns and design principles
- Experience with multiplayer/networking systems
- Experience in version control systems (Git, UVC) and branching
- Experience shipping commercial games on multiple platforms
- Experience with polishing techniques and game feel
- Experience in team work environments and communicating efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and debugging though process
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Unity's DOTS / ECS
- Experience with memory management techniques
- Experience with mobile game optimization techniques
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for game development
- Experience with shader programming and graphics optimization
- Experience with platform specific profiling apps (XCode, Android Studio, PIX, etc..)
