Job Summary
Experienced in managing end-to-end Tender operations across the MENA region, drives operational efficiency in key markets like KSA and Algeria, manages bidding processes, and enhances customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement.
Duties And Responsibilities
▪ Monitoring MENA governmental competitor’s performance and update the dashboard that’s showing the competitors performance of all Tenders in the MEA region.
▪ Managing Tender rolling FCST with all stakeholders within MS Pharma.
▪ Monitor post-tender performance, including contract execution, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction, to ensure commitments are fulfilled and identify areas for improvement.
▪ Retrospective award historical data documentation & management.
▪ Fulfill tender execution requirements, including but not limited to legalization, authentication, invoicing, and other related tasks
▪ Buildup in place bidding platform for tenders within MEA region.
▪ Managing the tender bidding process involves coordinating and collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in written, read and spoken English, Arabic, and French is a plus.
